"There's not much question at all that there's life throughout the universe, we are not alone at all. I'm most assured about that."

The Living Matrix
With contributions from scientists and healers, including Eric Pearl (The Reconnection) and former US astronaut Edgar Mitchell, this film explores innovative ideas about health and brings us stories of some remarkable recoveries. Definitely worth seeing.
What the Bleep Do We Know?
Chock full of the type of information that left-brainers like me absolutely love, this film helps to explain the science behind the phenomena that mystics have been teaching us about for centuries. For example, did you know that the heart generates the strongest rhythmic magnetic field in the human body? What's more, it's about 5,000 times stronger than that generated by the brain! With contributions from a wide range of scientists, including Professor Masaru Emoto, this is a great movie for those who like to have quantifiable 'proof'.
Wonders of the Solar System (BBC DVD)
The lovely Prof Brian Cox investigates the solar system, covering subjects such as the planets themselves, the rings of Saturn, the Sun, and asks if we're alone in the Universe. I can thoroughly recommend this series - it will teach you some astonishing things, and Prof Cox is contagiously enthusiastic.
